hello everyone,
I will do topical treatment of my compound (mixed with petroleum jelly) on the shaved skin of BALB/c. my problem is, i don't want the mice to lick the treated area. and later I will also create cutaneous viral infection. so, I'm thinking of covering the inoculated area before and after the treatment.
i've tried common tapes like 3M (bought from pharmacy) but it fall off the next day. I've heard about Transderm, Blenderm. is it really necessary to use that? we are also quite limited in budget.
any suggestion on how to cover the treated/infected area?
thank you in advance! =)
