Iam trying to culture MSC from mice with bone marrow and compact bone, using alpha MEM and DMEM-F12 with 10% FBS. I do see few MSC at P0 but however they soon get senescent. Anybody with this kind of experience and any suggestion to help them to grow better. Thanks
