I am producing some MoMLV retrovirus from Pheonix cells and trying the infect the suspension cultured breast stem cells, but I couldn't get any infected target cells. Does anybody has the similar experience? Please give me some advice if you have the experience. Thanks a lot.

Test your virus titer first on a easily transfected cell line such as 3T3.
For suspension cells, use a 6 well plate and 1million cell per well, add 1-2 ml super and spin at 30C 2600 rpm 2hr, repeat infection on the second day. I usually get 50-70% positive cells.
