Hi everybody,

I want to transfect my gene of interest in an expression vector to Fusarium oxysporum cells. but I can not find any procedure for transfecting filamentous fungi. As I understood, it is not so easy and there is not a certain method or transfection reagent. Is it true? Do you have any opinion about this? Thanks in advance:)
