[Genomiques]

I'm currently working on a project where I need a species tree of the various bacteria phyla (so that I can reconcile a gene tree to the species tree). I've hunted the literature for an already published tree of bacteria phyla (in Newick format, since I need to input the tree into Notung). The closest thing I've been able to find is "Phylogenomics of Prokaryotic Ribosomal Proteins," which includes a tree of bacteria phyla (and in the right format). The problem is that the tree contains a multitude of bacteria species within each phyla, so I can't easily use that for my purposes.

Just checking if anyone out there has any idea where to find a phylogeny of bacteria phyla in Newick format.
