Dear All,
i have been struggling in trying to extract this virus ... tried different treatment ways;
boiling, sonication ... without any fruitful results ( am using a positive control sample here ; positive by CPE )
does any of you ever worked with it ???
would be more than grateful if anyone can help in this ...
