hello!

i would like to start protein-protein crosslinking with photoreactive aminoacicds in yeast...does anyone know whether i can use L-photo-Leucine and/or L-photo-Methionine yeast cells? it seems that the majority of expermiments in yeast are done with p-benzoyl-L-phenylalanine which seems to be much more complicated. Has anyone of you some experience with that? i would be very happy for your help and advices

greetings
B.
