Dear all,
please, forgive me for this awkward question.
I want to use the desired gene (smothened protein) for cloning and the source of the ORF, which is available for me right now is described on this page:

but fro; the information provided I can not really understand what type of DNA is this - is it the plasmid with the ORF insert or is it just linear ORF sequence?
Is anyone familiar with this kazasa source here?
Will strongly appreciate any help, thanks!
