How can i compare 3 cell lines to the expression of a gene ?
how do i have to analyze the results ?
I've done qPCR and did dCT ( the gene - the housekeeping gene), can i do rq to the dCT (2^-dCT) ?
When doing that i get small numbers like 3E-5.

Do i must do ddCT and compare the cell lines to one of the cell line ?
