Hello,
I am planning to do qPCR in E.coli soon and wanted to design the primers for reference genes commonly use in E. coli. I looked for it but couldn't find any specific genes being used in E. coli. If anybody has experience in doing qPCR in E. coli. then can you suggest to me?
Thank you

18s rRNA? You didn't look very hard. Here is the first highwire.standford.edu result for E.Coli qPCR Normalization.
