Hi All,

I want to do DNA isolation form whole blood and I need to make these buffers ... TKM1 and TKM2

Can anyone help me with the recipe for the TKM1 and TKM2 buffers.

TKM :10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 10 mM KC1, 2 mM EDTA (TKE) containing 4 mM MgCI2 (TKM).  No idea about the second one though.  It will be a high salt buffer.
