Hi everybody,

I have problem with RNA isolation from sesame seed as the oil of this plant is so high. Did anybody do it before that can guide me? thanks in advance.

You should first extract most of the oil with chloroform, then run a normal extraction.

Did anybody have protocol for RNA isolation from oilseed for sesame, rapeseed, etc?
