Which TAQ should I use to get the best results in studying the microsatellites on birds? I'm studying the migration of a Sylviidae species and they are giving me quite a lot of PCR problems...

By the way, if anynone out there works with FTA Cards please let me know. I need to find somebody who works with this kind of cards to store blood samples cause they might be giving me lots of problems and I just don't know how to solve them!
