hi
does anybody have a protocol for  or experience in lysis of PBMC? I would like to use the proteins in an immunoassay. Is it possible to lyse it by sonication? Do I need a special lysis buffer?

most lyssis buffers will do. make sure you check the main page of protocol-online.org. there are plenty of protocols and recipes. If you still have questions come back to the forum and ask.
