I did WB against histone H3 .. Antibodies are from Abcam .. Anti H3 blot was done against total histones from Chicken. Now, eventhough the antibody does pick some H1 as well but in my blot i found my blot to detect a band upper to H3 in addition to H3 and delta H3 .
Can anybody pls help me with that ?

Titrate the antibody if you haven't already - a higher dilution should help remove non-specific binding. You can also add detergents to buffers for washing and antibody steps.
