Hi people,
I need to do a fluorescent labelling of synthetic RNA oligonucleotides (around 80 nt long) to do some RNA-protein interaction assays.
Do you know any easy-to-use kit or efficient home made protocols that I could use? I don't know if doing an end term or a body labelling. Of course I would prefer to do an end labelling to be sure that I'm not altering the folding and the secondary structures of my RNA, but I will also have to consider the efficiency of the labelling and the detection limit of the instrument.
Any suggestion or comment about both the methods (end and body labelling) will be very precious for me!
Thanks a lot,
Sonica
