I would to Know if there are some database to find the gene expression profile in a concret cell type. In GeneBank  I have found the genes expressed in a human tissue but not in a kind of cell type. Someone Knows some database?

Oncomine: https://www.oncomine...ce/login.html   Data from cancer and normal tissues/cells, need registration which is free.
