T25 flasks...after during 1st media change...observed these structures.....washed it with PBS but they still there..seems contaminated...not sure...what could be this ?

To me looks like, its just background in flask that we see sometimes if we have not focused the microscope correctly. I may be wrong though

Thanks for the suggestion. But I checked it again.....and it is present all over the base in all the three flasks....(Initially it was there only at the corner of one flask!!!!).

It doesn't look like contamination, I think.
Could it be like condensed water at the flask bottom or an uneven surface of the flask ? Did you focus through your flask, is it only visible at the very bottom ?

I checked the focus again...it is visible only at the bottom.It looks like uneven surface of the flasks.But it is present in all the three flasks.I even checked the fresh flasks but the bottom of those flasks are clear!!
