what does 200 U 10 U/µl of not1 enzyme mean.

does it mean every ul has 10U and if we want to use 1U we need to dilute it?

​Here im doing a double digestion with BamH1 and my band of interest  to be cut is 1800bp

Yes you are right, it means every ul contains 10 units of enzyme. For 1 U take 0.1ul.
