Hi
I am trying to test HCV protease inhibitor on NS3 protein expressed in adenovirus  vector. I discovered lately that adenovirus has AVP(cysteine protease) which has charcters similar to NS3 protease, do you think this will interfere with my results?

Depending on the variant of Ad you use, the cys-protease may have been deleted.  You could try expressing the NS3 off a plasmid?
