Dear all,
I do research about isolation and characterization of bacteriophage infectiong Klebsiella pneumoniae from waste water
and i need to know protocol to do lab for MOI of bacteriophage

Please advise. I have no experience with kind of work.
Your advise and comments will be highly valued
