I have recieved samples of purified DNA in FTA cards (Whatman) and I need to use that DNA for PCR and a just can't elute the sample nor do the PCR directly from the paper. I have tried the official protocol form Whatman but it doesn´t work. Can someone help me? I'm lost here! Thanks!

nice ad, mtm, but marti already has the samples on fta cards and is having trouble eluting the dna.
which type of fta card do you have? if it is fta elute then you have to heat the punch in 95C water to elute.
