I am looking for a target gene, that when knocked down by siRNA will cause apoptosis. I have searched the literature and have yet to find anything that might be helpful.
I did find a apoptosis inducing siRNA produced by Altogene. They claim it will cause apoptosis in all cell lines. Any idea what their target might be?
Thanks!
