I am looking for a target gene, that when knocked down by siRNA will cause apoptosis. I have searched the literature and have yet to find anything that might be helpful.

I did find a apoptosis inducing siRNA produced by Altogene. They claim it will cause apoptosis in all cell lines. Any idea what their target might be?

Thanks!

You could try MDM2 KD.  MDM2 is the negative regulator of p53, high levels of p53 should induce apoptosis.
