Hi

I want to create a cDNA library that is stably transfected into HEK 293 cells using Invitrogen's Flp-In kit.

My problem is that I need to know what percentage of integration I can see (using the pre-made FRT carrying cells). If the percenatage of cells that integrate DNA is not good then I'd be struggling to get a full representation of the cDNA library.

My alternative is to use a retroviral method but I don't want to go down that route if I can avoid it.

If anyone has any experience with Flp technology I appreciate some feed back.
