Hi everyone ,

In order to validate a qPCR method, i must doing several maps of 96-well plates for differents tests : repeatibility, reproducibility, contamination, and limit detection. I doing it and i wish like if you have several suggestions or improvments for this tests. You can see my plates with the attach files.

I've got tree cell line, plasmid line, WHO line, clinical line and for each 30 repetitions for one plate.
