Hi there,
I need to purify ideally 50 micrograms of several 272kDa FLAG or HA tagged proteins from HEK cell lysates. Since I am new to this, it isn't obvious to me whether affinity gels or magnetic/agarose beads typically used for IP would have the highest capacity or provide the highest yield, assuming there is enough protein expressed to get at least 50 micrograms.
Does anyone have experience with this? Which products have worked well for you?
