Hi everyone,

recently I detected differences between different Sybr Green lots from Quanta, as you can see in the screens from my plate.
It is the same temp, primer pair, water and cDNA from different individuals of the same species and tissue. The only difference is that in first half of the plate I used lot#15100, and in the other half I used lot #15969. Apparently I'm the only one complaining to Quanta... Has anyone detected this or have some explanation?

Thanks,
Sara

yes, I have done three different tests (not whole plates) with different cDNAs and primers and the difference between the two lots persists.
