Hi dear Friends
I am facing problem in transfection of bovine mammary epithelial cells. I have used various protocols e.g. Amaxa machine mediated transfection with Lonza Solution V transfection kit (used high efficiency human mammary epithelial programme, human MSCs high efficiency and I have also used Lipofectamine reagent but no transfection. I have been used plasmid DNA @ 7ul, 10ul, 12ul and 15 ul (stock concentration 465ng/ul) for Amaxa and 1 to 5 ul for Lipofectamine. If some have experience of primary mammary epithelial transfection, then please help me........
