Hi I'm looking for murine macrophage cell line to test the anti-inflammatory properties of my compound, preferable cell line which easy to maintain and able to produce inflammatory cytokines (PGE2, TNF-alpha, IL1-beta, IL 6, nitric oxide). Any suggestion on what cell line I should use?
