Hi,
I've been trying to dissolve Tamoxifen in 2%DMSO to be used for cell culture work. However, it seems to be insoluble in 2%DMSO. It only dissolves in 50% ethanol. This however, is not suitable to be used for cell culture works.
I have to do a cytotoxicity study of tamoxifen on MDAMB 231 cell lines.
Has anyone encountered this problem previously. can't seem to find a solution to this.
Thanks in advance.
