Hi
I want to amplify kanamaycin drug cassette from pet 28 vector, is there any one knows the primer for this? since in the map they have not shown the RBS binding sites and promoters for the drug marker.

go to NCBI and search for this vector, and get the full sequence of it. It must be there. Then find the Kan location according to the map.
