Hi,
I will be using SDS at different concentrations as a positive control in a proliferation test.
Now I wonder if I can make a SDS stock in media or if I should prepare a fresh "batch" of
SDS in media each time I run the test?

Sds can precipitate in low temperature. Heat or vortex.
