I have a stably transduced NT2D1 cell population containing a Doxycycline inducible shRNA cassette (pTRIPZ). Normally these cells prefer to grow at a high density, but I think I've noticed that the Dox induction isn't as effective at higher cell densities..................anyone seen/heard similar effects?
