about DNA isolation from blood clots

hi, everybody.

i want extract DNA from cryopreserved clotted human blood. the smaple has been storaged 5 years in -20 degree.

who is an expert on this topic .

Qiagen QiaAmp blood kit will do. have a look at this paper

yeh, this kit has a special protocol for dried blood spot.
