Hi there,

I would like to know the difference between RAG-KO mice and Prkdc^scid mice, with respect to their immune system. I think I am missing something. Apologies if these are basic questions.
Are Prkdc^scid mice deficient in DNA-PK?
Is it correct to say that both RAG and DNA-PK are involved in VDJ recombination, so both mice models have the same T and B cell deficiency?
