Hello guys
I would like to know if there is a free software similar to "X calibur thermo" to analyze
raw files. I have a Mac Os computer and if I could work on my desk it would be great .

The wikipedia page for mass spectroscopy software lists a few open source analysis tools that should work. I can't comment on the usefulness or the availability for Mac computers though.
