Hello! has anybody differentiated raw 264.7 cells to osteoclasts with RANKL? the protocol seems to be very easy but i can´t. I have read that maybe Raw cells could loose RANK expression with passages... and that the seeded density is important too.
Has anybody used another cytokine to differentiate this cells to osteoclasts? maybe LPS or TGFbeta, TNFalpha...
please i need help!
