Anything really. Expect questions about how you would handle particular situations or how you have handled a challenging situation you have been in. Questions about your research are common.

I have even heard of people being asked how they want to be remembered when they die!

What I was asked at my last interview:

What can you bring to our project?
What is your weakness? Not including chocolate.
What kind of equipment have you worked with?
How would you approach *this* situation?
What experience do you have working within collaborations?
Would you be willing to travel/live here?
If we offer you this job, how soon would you let us know of your acceptance?
