Hi,
I'm trying to amplify a gene from yeast genomic DNA extracted with the SDS/LiOAc protocol (http://www.biotechni...ues-315236.html).
The extraction is "working" (i have got a quite low concentration, about 35ng/ul) and any of the PCRs i've tried worked.
Anyone already used this protocol? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
