Now I want to discuss Protein&RNA interaction

So first I want to do protein pulldrown assay (IP)
but I afraid of that  link broken in pulldrown assay
I want to ask how is Protein&RNA linkage

After pulldrown assay, how do I isolate RNA from protein A and check RNA really co-pull drown with the protein

I would consider either CLIP or PAR-CLIP. Both utilize UV to covalently cross link RNA to interacting proteins. This allows you to IP under stringent conditions without worrying about losing your associations.
