Is anyone having Enspire Multimode plate reader from perkin elmer? hows it..is it better than other company's plate reader or which one is good? Need to order one.

one of the labs here just ordered a tecan. less expensive and the salesman was a lot more knowledgeable.

From lots of people I am getting the same answer...most of the people are using tecan system...but if you have to develop new assays then perkin elmer is having this assay station, where a team of scientists will help you in troubleshooting and all. Do you think that could give an advantage over tecan?..because otherwise both are same except tecan is less expensive.
