Hi:
Basically, I want to clone something into pCMV-tag2A vector, and here is the map: http://www.addgene.o...uence_vdb/2230/
There is some sequence called SV40_3_splice sequence in front of the SV40 polyadenylation site. Does anyone know what is the function of this sequence and if this is necessary?
