I have products from a multiplex PCR that I want to sequence using Miseq. My plan is the use Trueseq and skip the fragmentation step (my products are 270 - 450 bp) in library preparation. Will be likely to add PhiX to increase the complexity of the library before sequencing. I have never done NGS before. This is just conceptual thinking. Any suggestions/ comments are welcome.
