Where can I find the DBA2/J (or any other DBA substrain) genomic sequence? Celera included it in some of their strains of mice sequenced and another group did Illumina/ABI sequencing (http://www.biomedcen...1-2105/11/S4/O7) but I would like to search the sequence. I am looking for specific variations in sequence between certain mouse strains. Ensembl is supposed to have information available between the mouse strains as well (https://lists.soe.uc...ril/013214.html) but I have not found anything yet.
Thank you.

Have you tried looking at these:
http://gbrowse.infor.../mouse_current/
http://research.jax....data/index.html
(don't know if they'll be any use... just what I could find after a bit of googling...)
