We are shopping for a small real time PCR machine.
Anyone in the list familiar with Stratagene's MX3000P?

We're also considering
Pyrosequencing's Rotor Gene 3000
and
Cepheid's Smart Cycler II

Hi Rafael! did you get the MX3000P? did yo recommend it? I am trying to make the decision of buying an affordable  a machine to de RT PCR for genotyping
