Hello,

Can anybody tell me how constitutive the SV40 promoter is? Compared with CMV promoter, is the SV40 promoter active in as many different cell types as the CMV promoter?

Does anybody have experience with whether SV40 promoter is active in human primary cells such as bone marrow stromal cells?
