Hello,

I've been trying to do western blots for H3K27 methylation using whole cell lysates, but I've not been very successful. It seems that my transfer is not working right (I can see total histone but not the methyl mark..) I use semi-dry transfer, with PVDF membranes, and the gels I use are Bis-Tris gradient gels 4-12%.

Someone got any suggestion for me? I'm new in this protein family Posted Image

Thanks a lot for your help!
