Can't seem to find the right subtopic for Image J but I'll just pose my question here.

On ImageJ, the default (x,y) is set at the corners (i.e. top left or bottom left) when you start ImageJ.  My question is, has anyone changed the x,y point to say, at the center of your image?

It is possible if you know java programming, but I don't know if anyone has done it.  Have you looked at the imageJ plugins page?
