Dear Collegues,
We have a RNA isolation using TRIZOL BD (Sigma). The isolated RNA is ~ 900 ugr from 100 ul blood. Purity is 1.42.
Please help me.

By what method did you get this concentration estimation?
Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.
