We are developing a server that predicts the viability of proteins with truncated domains.
All we need are more negative controls, i.e. proteins that failed to express, due to the truncation.
If you have such examples or know people with such experience, please let me know! The paper is very close to publication in a prestigious journal, and I'll acknowledge your contribution by either quoting your name or citing your paper.
Or, if you have lots of such examples, I can offer you collaboration!
Send me an email (or answer my post here) at hegyihedi AT gmail dot com
Thanks,
